Accessibility Statement
Updated October 15, 2026
Aevua Medical Spa works to make its website, communications and services accessible to people with disabilities. Our accessibility work uses WCAG Level AA guidance to identify and address barriers. This statement is not a certification that every page or third-party feature currently meets every accessibility criterion.
Assistance and accommodations
If you encounter a barrier or need an alternative format, help with booking, effective communication or an accommodation for a visit, contact (973) 313-5601 or contact@aevua.com. Our address is 449 W Mt Pleasant Ave, Suite 1, Livingston, NJ 07039. Please identify the page or service, the difficulty and your preferred way to be contacted. You need not disclose a diagnosis in a public form or ordinary email.
We aim to respond within five business days and will work with you on an accessible way to obtain the information or service. For a time-sensitive booking or access request, call us. Advance notice can help us arrange assistance but is not an absolute requirement for accommodation. We will consider effective communication aids and reasonable modifications as required by law without imposing an unlawful surcharge.
Ongoing work
Our priorities include logical headings, meaningful image descriptions, readable contrast, visible keyboard focus, keyboard-operable controls, understandable forms and errors, and accessible alternatives for multimedia. Third-party scheduling, payment and other embedded tools may present barriers; please report them so we can help and work with the provider. This page does not claim a completed independent accessibility audit or use of a particular auditing platform.
Facility access and support
Contact us for current entrance, parking, restroom and treatment-room access information and to discuss support-person, interpreter or service-animal needs. We assess requests individually under applicable law. A treatment-room designation alone is not a blanket reason to exclude a service animal; any lawful exclusion requires the appropriate individualized assessment and consideration of another way to provide services.
You may raise concerns or contact the appropriate enforcement agency without retaliation. Nothing in this statement limits rights under disability or civil-rights law.
