Aevua ("we" or "us") is dedicated to delivering our medical-grade treatments and products to you with efficiency and care. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, and terms. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

  • High Volume: During peak periods (e.g., holidays, product launches), processing times may extend to [3-5] business days. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you via email.

  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after [5:00 PM EST] will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 Business Days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 Business Days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 Business Day

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen factors. Aevua is not liable for carrier delays once the package has left our facility.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to limited countries

  • Duties, Taxes, and Customs: Aevua is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Refusal of Package: If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any incurred import fees, and the cost of returning the package to Aevua. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Aevua takes great care in packaging your medical-grade products. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please contact us at info@mysite.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and local carrier office. Aevua is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting a shipping method that requires a signature if you are concerned about theft.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Hazardous Materials: Certain medical-grade products containing specific active ingredients may be restricted from air transport and must be shipped via Ground services. You will be notified at checkout if this applies to your cart.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Aevua is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
